We only did the Orlando trip this time because Bob could only take a few days off of work, we are saving our Daytona trip for another time.
We drove down instead of flying. That saved us alot on airfare, plus then we had the car with us so we did not need to rent one. We took the Disney Magic Kingdom passes for our 2 passes that came with our trip.
The kids have never been to Disney and they had a great time. I have been there myself but it has been many years since I went with my brothers. It was Bob’s 1st time there also. The whole family had a great time. We stayed to the end and watched the parade + fireworks show.
Our hotel room was very nice, We were right by the pool which the kids really enjoyed. I have to admit when they called us and informed us we were one of the lucky families selected from the golf show we attended, I was skeptical, but I am sure glad, now that we bought the package. Making reservations was easy. I would recommend this package to my friends and family.

We recently finished our Orlando trip. It was awesome. To see the look of amazement on my kids’ faces when they saw Mickey for the first time was indescribable!
The rooms were beautiful, and it was nice to have a shuttle to take us back + forth to the parks.
When it was time to check out none of us wanted to leave.
I’ll admit I was very leary when I got the call saying we were one of the lucky families selected for the Disney Orlando/Daytona trip.

I am a single mother of two wonderful little boys that I would move a mountain to make them happy. Well my eight year old (Kevin) has a friend that recently went to Walt Disney World in Orlando with his family. Of course once Kevin heard about how much fun his friend had at Disney he relentlessly let me know how much he wanted to go. Within the hour Kevin had told his younger brother (Alex) all about the trip and I was able to hear how much fun and educational going to Disney World would be in stereo.
As mentioned before I am a single mother, and to say money is tight would be an understatement. Anyways the next day I received a call from you guys (Travel Getaways). I couldn’t believe it; they were offering me a 5 day 4 night vacation to Orlando, FL with 2 tickets to any theme park. The package also included 3 days and 2 nights right on Daytona Beach. Yes, I was leery that it might be a scam but they convinced me it wasn’t and they allowed me to pay half of the $498.00 fee and then set up a payment plan for the balance.
Well about two months after that call Kevin, Alex and myself loaded the car up and headed down to Orlando, FL. You know I wasn’t really expecting much considering the price tag of the vacation, but the hotel was really nice. They provided us with discount cards and coupons to various places in the area. Anyways day two brought us to Walt Disney World and the kids had the best time of their life. Heck I had the best time of my life; don’t know which was more fun for me the rides or the look of joy on my kids’ faces.
Again just wanted to say thank you so much for this vacation that was offered to me. I would recommend it to anyone, and everyone that was interested in going to any Disney or Universal theme park there in Florida.
